These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Academy365’s website, courses, communities, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are under the age of majority, use the Services only with a parent/guardian’s consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

3) Courses, Access & Use

License: We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial learning.
Changes: Content, features, and availability may be updated, added, or removed from time to time.
Academic integrity: Cheating, plagiarism, or misuse of assessments is prohibited.

4) Fees, Payments & Taxes

Fees are shown at checkout and may change prospectively. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your chosen method for fees and applicable taxes. For recurring plans, you may cancel future renewals per plan instructions; access typically continues until the end of the current billing period.

5) Cancellation & Refund Policy

7-Day Refund Window: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, subject to a 10% deduction from the charged fees for gateway and administrative costs.

Eligibility: Refunds may be declined if a substantial portion of the course is consumed, a certificate is issued, or these Terms are violated.
Method & timeline: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; bank/provider timelines apply.
How to request: Email help@academy365.net from your registered email within 7 days, including your order details.

6) Shipping & Delivery

Not applicable. Academy365 provides digital/online Services; no physical shipping or delivery is involved.

7) Intellectual Property

All course content, text, graphics, videos, logos, and software are owned by or licensed to Academy365 and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted herein, you may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content.

8) User Content & Conduct

You are responsible for content you submit (e.g., assignments, posts). By submitting content, you grant Academy365 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display it for operating and improving the Services. Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content, attempt to bypass security, or share paid materials publicly.

9) Third-Party Links & Tools

The Services may reference third-party websites or tools. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for their practices. Use them at your own risk and review their terms and policies.

10) Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Academy365 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee learning outcomes, placements, salary increases, or other results; examples are illustrative only.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Academy365 and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services.

13) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Academy365 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

14) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or misuse, or as required by law. On termination, your rights under these Terms end immediately.

15) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates take effect when posted on this page with the revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

17) Entire Agreement & Conflicts

This specific page is the only authoritative statement of our Terms & Conditions. Any other terms and condition details shown elsewhere (including marketing pages, brochures, emails, previous versions, or third-party references) are informational only. In case of any inconsistency, the Terms on this page will prevail.
